Scheduling a Practice Exam

  • If you have never taken a Practice exam and or set up an account you will need to do this before scheduling a practice exam. You will need to create a test taker account.
  • If you have an account but are having problems logging in please check the following….
    1. Are you using AOL (If so you will need to access the Catglobal website using Internet explorer)
    2. Are you at a college, school or work? If so you are probably going through a Firewall and will not be able to login successfully from the location in which you are at. If you are home you will need to add https//www.catglobal.com as a trusted site.
    3. Popup blockers. (All pop up blocker must be disable before taking a practice test)
  • To schedule a practice exam please log in to the Catglobal.com website and select the Schedule a Test option (Located under my tasks)
  • Then follow the steps of scheduling the Practice test
  • If you are receiving an error while taking your practice exam please contact our Technical Helpdesk at 1-888-8askcat and supply the technician with the error displayed on your screen.
  • If the website is non responsive, running slow and you are unable to navigate successfully please contact our technical support line.
  • If you need to be reimbursed for an ARDMS Practice test only please contact our Technical Support line. All other refunds must go through our Customer Service Department.
Please Note:
None of the Pearson VUE Practice Exams offered are State Regulated. They will not pertain to the State in which you are trying to be licensed. Nor will the exam offer State questions.
The exams do not permit exam reviewing once the exam is completed.
