Q: What version of Internet Explorer should I use?

A: We recommend that you use Internet Explorer (IE) Version 5.5 with 128-bit encryption.

To check what version of Internet Explorer you are using, launch Internet Explorer. Click the Help menu and select About. A dialog appears, displaying the version of IE that you are using.

If you are using Internet Explorer Version 6.0, you should confirm that your settings will allow you to accept cookies from us. To confirm this, launch IE and click the Tools menu. Select Internet Options | Privacy Tab. At the bottom of the window, click Edit and add a website to allow cookies. Type www.catglobal.com for the website name and click OK to add it. Close IE and then re-launch IE. Try to log in.
